Well kept hotel with beautiful lobby. Rooms modern and very clean. Very limited free parking, and had to pay $17 for underground parking onsite. Disappointed that I tried to arrange for an amenity prior to visit and didn’t get any response. Otherwise great hotel!

Great location in Laval. Short walk to the Centropolis with many dining options. Only downside is the lack of outside parking, so expect to pay for undergroud parking.

Two days after checking in, I advised Expedia I had to shorten my stay from 14 to 11 days. It took Expedia one week to relay my request to the hotel. Since then Expedia and the hotel have been playing ball pretending it was the other party which refused to reimburse totally or partly the three nights cancelled.
