Our flight was late so they cancelled our booking at midnight. I was told to phone ahead to the hotel since there is no way online to say we would be arriving very late. I did call but was on hold a long time and had to hang up because I had to go. So as usual, low-cost hotels have limited staff and service. This is normal.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent very friendly and kind. The room was clean but very bare, no clock or pictures on the wall, seemed cold. The chairs were like patio chairs, not comfortable. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well!

room was clean and quiet. Restaurant food was good except for the breakfast potatoes. Reasonable price and good service. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Most electrical plugs were worn out. Had difficulty getting our devices charged. Shower was slippery. Overall: ok for the price.

BED BUGS!!!!!! Over-priced for condition of room
I was bitten all night by bed bugs. I took videos and pictures of my bites and bedbugs for proof to show management. Management said they could only give 50% off on our next stay there as we booked through 3rd party. Management did give me their email address to book directly through them our next stay. I requested compensation of some sort this stay. Least comfortable I've been in any hotel ever. I will not be staying here in the future.
