The hotel was doing renovations on very floor. When I booked the hotel there was no advisory that there were renovations happening otherwise I would have never stayed here. I couldn’t change floors because there were renovations happening on every floor. Not very good for customers in my opinion. There should be at least one or two floors that guests can stay on with no banging at 7am.

Completely disaster, too old needs to do complete renovation. Dirty, unwashed bedding sheets. Too much noise outside because of construction and in the hotel. Couple bedrooms far they have a party up to 2 am. Too many hairs on the bed. We canceled next morning early and removed in the other hotel.

Construction site next door made the parking lot tight. Not the easiest entrance off the street, right off a merge lane / off ramp. Entire facility feels outdated, poorly renovated. Staff were friendly & professional.

The first room we were given had dirty bedsheets in the shower and the beds weren’t made. The second room, I thought we were getting an upgrade, and the manager said me I was “gonna love it” was cleaned but had an awkward shower and a poorly functioning fan. I’m sure they could hear it across the street. The bar and restaurant closed at 9, and was under construction and wayyyyy overpriced for the atmosphere. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They should not be operating.

Sink was clogged the whole time we had to checkout early and although they said they gave me a refund for 4 days it was not the correct amount and when i talked to them they tell me to talk to you and when i talk you guys now you tell me to contact them Not very pleased with the hotel or expedia at this time
