The good- full breakfast and all day coffee, water. The bad- Issues at checkin and checkout. No help provided to take luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. Mold or mildew on bathroom shower grout. Hotel had masking tape on walls.

Loved great included breakfast. Excellent bed, shower and TV. Didn't like the fact in my room 146 the sliding door did not slide. I cracked it open but then took 20 min of pulling and struggling to securely close. Finally I had to get guy from front desk to help close and lock it together. It should have been fixed before assigning it to me. I received no compensation for my hassle with door.

I wasn't aware that room is serviced every other day. I left the room @10.00 am and came back @ 11.00 pm found that the room was not made. I was informed by the reception then. It 's not a big deal but we would have liked to be informed at time of check in.
