The only complaint is a deep clean of vents and areas behind tables and beds is much needed! Staff are friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Surface areas and bathroom were clean.

The rooms were nice but there was a few issues of drug addicts in the entry way. There was a baggage/ maintenance man who watched us struggle with bags in the elevator which was only the width of a baggage cart. Many areas of the hotel well empty half ripped up and needed repair . Def not what was advertised or expected for the price.

Room was nice. Spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Ice machine was nonexistent on our floor, broken on the next floor. Our shower head was broken and maintenance didn’t know how to fix it, but finally gave my husband a wrench to do it himself.

Very convenient to walk to the Bell Center. Literally walked out the front door of the hotel and headed directly straight down the street a bit and right into the doors of the bell centre!

The room was small. There was no water. The bathroom had black mold. There were no curtains. No one spoke english. We did not feel safe at all. There was no where to move in the washroom. Not a nice experience at all.

Salle de bain inefficace et peu confortable

Bon rapport qualité prix , un bémol "la salle de bain" , siège de toilette beaucoup trop petit et bas & douche non peu fonctionnelle et confortable , section savon accrocher au mur au mauvais endroit, ont s'accroche dessus constamment !!!! Et rideau de douche peu efficace, y'a de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain suite a notre douche! 🤔🤔🤔
