The noise level was high, with train tracks across the street and trains coming through around the clock! Beware: there is no elevator for to get to the second floor.

No elevator, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and peaceful, and the breakfast was good.

For some reason, upon arrival, I was told our reservation had been canceled. I never received notification (or refund) for this, and they said perhaps a staff member made a mistake. Luckily, they had openings and were able to get us a room without us having to pay a second time. Pool was nice and warmer than most. Only complaint was the air conditioner didn't work great, so the room was warm and muggy. Overall, would stay again if we needed somewhere in Buffalo to stay.
