I called abt receiving a microwave to my room, lady lied and said they were on the way with one. 3hrs passed, I called back and they ignored me. Checkout is at 11, but they go around waking ppl up @ 8:30. As expensive as this is, I’d think you’d let me sleep until it’s time to leave!!!
