This was a redemption stay. I had stayed before and didn’t have a great experience. This time was wonderful. There were very minor issues which I’ll get to but the positives- The morning pool staff ladies are Amazing!!! Favorite part of the stay The food staff and food quality was great! The staff was friendly and everything is very very clean. The casino was fun as always. No big payouts but it was still very enjoyable and the bar staff was much better this time. The hotel was clean and our check in check out process was a breeze. The room was. Standard king but was spacious and comfortable and the air worked great The cons (if you can even call them that) there were small kids in the pool and spa during adult hours and while the evening poor bar tender worked her butt off the attendees were unfriendly, unhelpful and always on their phones. The heating element in the spa was also broken but it was so hot outside it was barely missed.

The rooms are entirely to expensive. The rates need to be dropped. I spend a considerable amount of money there and most of the time I don’t win anything and on top of that, I have to pay ridiculous amount to stay there. Where’s the incentive for coming.

The main restaurant was closed during our stay leaving the "buffet" as the dining choice. The buffet is basically several restaurants (think mall food court) that you pay once for all you can eat. The food was decent, not great, but a wide ) weird variety.

Love this hotel. Overall clean but saw alot of hairs around the room. I wish they had microwave. Water pressure could have been stronger. I would definitely stay here again. Love the free parking.

Overall a nice place to stay. The check-in was confusing as to where to park and how to get there as there was little direction given. I had to go back to ask a second person how/where to park. Room was nice. Pool area is great. Salt water pool was a pleasant discovery. A little noisy at times due to the casino. Hallway on our floor consistently smelled of weed though and when reported to security and the front desk, I was told it’s a common occurrence and there’s nothing they can do. Overall I would stay here over other local hotels.

I was very disappointed at how dirty the casino was. Smoking room had no one picking up the cups and beer bottles everywhere as well as over full ash trays. The areas near the reat rooms smelled so much of bleach it stung your eyes. In the room the ac didnt cool the room so were hot all night long. Dont think ill be going back.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. The casino is very interesting. The only bad thing is the fiod at the buffet court. The asian and the southern food were very bad. Other than that it was a great experience. Thanks to the valet, bell hopoers, security, and the casino personel for a great time there.
