We won’t be returning here.

King mattress in first room was too soft. Clerk moved us too another room with two queens. Showed us three rooms before finding one that was just OK. Heater/AC unit was loud. We could hear thumping noise late into night as guests walked around in room above us. Breakfast room was clean but food offerings were less than great. Will not return here.

It was better than the other hotel. However there were small cockroaches. The shampoo was almost empty. And the water pressure was not good.

The hotel met all our expectations. Amazing staff, great breakfast and we travel with our 50 lb dog they are dog friendly. We also explored the downtown in Prattville it is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a dog hotel, so pine cleaner smell throughout, including the room. Except the bathroom, which had a broken toilet seat and a strong sewer smell... nauseating. Thankfully only one night... never again. One positive: the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot had, hands-down, the best chips and salsa. No thanks to La Quinta.
