My family and I stayed for 1 night during Labor day weekend. We had some complaints which we addressed during checkout and they were resolved by Manager Ms.Betty White. Property was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that I paid for breakfast on the app and breakfast was not included in the stay. They stated that they do not offer breakfast vouchers as part of their packages.

I was very disappointed with cleanliness of the room, hair and dirt from previous occupants on floor. One of the beds in the room had ripped sheets, it looked awful and did not make me feel like a welcomed guest to get sheets in literal tatters. Overall it was convenient to the places we wanted to visit and eat at.

Our stay at the Hilton was excellent the property was clean and the pool was refreshing. We didn't realize we were exhausted after a long ride from Florida the beds were comfortable. I want to thank the staff for being friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend the Hilton garden inn East to all my friends and family.
