I was charged my embassy for a FULL stay even though I gave them my hotels.com reservation. My account was then overdrawn because of this action. I had no choice but to check in! The representative didn’t seem to care a bit.

The property is fine however our room must have gotten skipped during the renovation. Bathroom was absolutely terrible with dirty shower curtains unworkable shower fixtures leaking water and empty shampoo conditioner and lotion bottles that were apparently supposed to be a fixed to something but we're just set in the old dirty shower. All the windows in the hotel are dirty windows in the elevators are dirty and there is no control over people smoking marijuana. I've enjoyed this hotel in the past and was excited about the renovation, but not good. Stay at the Hampton or DoubleTree or Renaissance

Not a cool Start

Very friendly front staff. Room 228 was hot and musty. I called front desk the next morning he opened the vent on top of the kitchnette sink, did something and said to give it a few minutes for the cool air. The room never cooled down. On last day i complaint yo the front desk and room was switched to a much cooler room. This should have been done from day 1 of complaint. The pillows were of an awful quality. Overall room cleanliness was less than average. For this price and from the Hilton hotes i would have expected better. It was my daughters Air Force Officer graduation. I expected to start each day fresh and come back to a cool, clean fresh room. I will never stay at this hotel.

Some hiccups but overall a pleasant experience

Our stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the hotel is dog friendly and close to the Legacy museum and great eateries. We had nice complimentary breakfast and easy access to the elevator. Night shift staff were totally different from dayshift though. If u need any extra towels get them during the day as it took us to the next morining and multiple requests later to get extra towels. Our room was an accessibility room which wasnt a problrm but we fid not expect; due to this the shower pressure was non existent ( we did not mention this to staff, we just made it work) . Overall we would recommend it to family/ friends and will stay again.

I liked it was convenient to where I was going for an appointment. Didn't like limited menu for dinner as my husband is a vegetarian. I did book a king bed, but got a room with 2 double beds. But I didn't say anything as we were only staying 1 night.

Bicycle ride.

Several times elevators were not working had to use service elevator. Pour water pressure in the shower. Initially, the thermostat for the heating unit in the room was not working. Room was freezing maintenance did come and repair.
