Was traveling and had an unexpected stay, bed comfortability wasn’t bad , but room was dirty , very dusty . The shower was leaking very bad from the ball that it was covering the floor.

The property was clean but the building obviously had a moisture issue. It smelled VERY heavily of bleach. They had a dehumidifier in lobby and air purifiers all around on each floor.

We had roaches in our room. After killing one on the wall at midnight, I was too exhausted to move hotels after hours of driving. Definitely disappointed in this hotel. Staff was nice but it definitely was a regret.

I would stay at this hotel again. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful with anything we needed or questions we needed answering. Our room was clean, and our bed was comfortable. I know people have different preferences when it comes to mattresses, but this one was not rock hard and felt great. There are some things that need updating here and there, but overall we were quite pleased. The breakfast could use a step up though. We did not go to the pool, so I cannot comment on that.
