This hotel was reasonably priced. It was not far off the interstate very clean, comfortable beds good coffee and breakfast. Glad we chose this hotel stay as part of our trip.

Unprofessional and got charged twice. Night shift staff was very unhelpful. Had to pay a second time for a room that was already booked and paid for. It ended up getting canceled by the property but never refunded. Got down at the property at 2am to check in and was told that I had to pay for the room all over again even though I still showed the charge on my account. Got told by the staff that is was above her pay grade to try to help us out. Paid for the other room and talked to the manager in the morning and she had refunded on of the charges for me but that will take a couple days to come back. Terrible experience.

Seems to be in an incomplete state of remodeling. Door didn’t close properly and sink was plugged but room was clean with new furnishings. Staff efficient and personable.
