Wanda at check in was great at providing information on area attractions and answering all of our questions. Breakfast was really good. No a/c, so a bit humid during rainy season but not too awful hot.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located close to downtown monte verde, the staff are very friendly, the landscaping is pretty, the rooms are very clean. Free breakfast and free parking on site. It was very affordable.

Everything was very nice including the included breakfast. The only problem I has was that there were too many stairs ti get to my cabin (with carrying luggage). They put me in their sister hotel next door on the ground floor and I was able to get the luggage in easily.

Freindly Staff and Great Location
This was a great place to stay. All stay were warm welcoming and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The location was slightly elevated over the town centre so offered some amazing views when the weather was clear and was a short walk into the town centre. Would certainly look to stay here if ever visiting Monteverde in the future.

The hotel is very clean, room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice, booked us the tours we asked, answered all questions. The breakfast was delicious and the server was very nice. I love the place and would recommend to anyone.

The breakfast was very good with choices of eggs, pancakes, bacon, etc. we also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was fantastic! The waitress was very helpful and willing to help us with our Spanish speaking skills!!

Very nice and helpful staff, including at the front desk and the restaurant. The pancakes were excellent in the morning, and they helped me book some nice tours and guides. I would ask around about the coffee tour as the Don Juan tour was nice, but maybe there are some that are more plantations. The guide they set me up with in the Cloud Forest was great and the transport was convenient. The food was good but pricey. Also in Santa Elena many places won't let you flush your toilet paper, which I don't like but might be common there. Overall very nice stay and really nice people.

We had the superior room, which is it's own little building. It was absolutely adorable and beautiful. We could not have been happier. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very helpful. One afternoon we had no plans, and Tom provided us with great suggestions. We loved it!
