Perfect. Not only did the staff wait for us as we were a late check in, but the room above and beyond what we were expecting. Everything was beautifully cleaned and well maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was especially perfect. In the morning, breakfast turned out to be the most amazing breakfast I’ve ever had! And I’m a foodie lol! The cooks deserved a standing ovation!! The gardens were also very well kept, and we enjoyed watching the butterflies and birds as we ate. Monte verde was also less than a few minutes away complete with a beautiful town. This is one place that you should be sure to put into your vacation, it was the most perfect start to our vacation, Thank you Casa Batsu!

Tout simplement parfait !
La chambre était simplement parfaite et le service attentionné. Tout le personnel est gentil, le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Il s'agit du meilleur petit déjeuner de notre voyage. Le cadre est relaxant avec un beau jardin où de nombreux oiseaux s'arrêtent le temps d'un concert. Merci Casa Batsu pour avoir créer de merveilleux souvenirs dans nos têtes.

Property is very good, location and cleanliness is great. Only inconvenience was there was no AC. AC is not needed night time and mornings, however during afternoon time, AC is needed in the room.

Carlos and his staff are wonderful. Imagine sitting on the proch at a fabulous breakfast watching tropical birds of all species just 20 feet away. This is one of my favorite places that I've stayed in all of my travels. Whatever you need, just ask Carols.

The host Carlos was incredibly helpful with arranging transportation and booking activities. One day he took us to a beautiful overlook himself. The breakfasts were filling, delicious and varied. One night Carlos cooked us a 4 course meal that was one of the best dinners we had on our entire trip. There were many pretty trees and flowers surrounding the outdoor patio. Every day we saw exotic birds that had come to feed there. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Carlos and his family showed the best hospitality on this trip. His B&B was lovely and he told us to treat it like home and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Best place ever
Wow! My partner joked that we shouldn’t write this, because she is afraid Casa Batsu will book solid for years to come. This was the loveliest place we could imagine. The breakfasts in the garden each morning are delicious and huge, and Carlos makes you feel so welcome. He will arrange for all your activities, rides, etc. The rooms are spacious and comfortable — and very clean. Sweet Rex the dog will greet you enthusiastically at the end of the day, and let you rub his belly while he grins and wiggles with delight. This is the place to stay.
