Excelente hotel.
El servicio de sus empleados es excelente y excepcional, nos ayudaron en todo momento excepto por un pequeño detalle. Reservé una habitación doble y la recamarera solo dejó una toalla en la habitación, estuvimos buscando y no había más toallas, solicitamos más a recepción pero nos informaron que se encontraban en la habitación. Ya no quisimos solicitarlas ya que mi nieta había comprado una, así que fue la que usamos, pero fue el único de inconveniente.

La habitación se veía descuidada y sucia, manchas en las paredes, el baño tenía moho en las paredes. No hicieron la limpieza cuando se pidió y el recepcionista nos echó la culpa diciendo que no pusimos la señalización para la limpieza, pero si se había puesto.

Good stay, lacked room amenities.
Parking is convenient, the gentleman checking us in was very friendly. Our room had a coffee make but didn’t have any coffee, coffee cups, cream sor sugar. No wash cloths provide. Aside from the lack of amenities that are considered normal we had a good stay. Breakfast is balanced and eating area is spacious. We would stay again.

The hotel is very nice. Nothing special but okay for the night. A few minor things like missing coffee pot, cups and Kleenex. But it was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very nice. No English but we used Google translate 😊

No buena experiencia. Desde la llegada el recepcionista no tenía buena actitud, me asignó un cuarto para personas con discapacidad, y no me preguntó si quiero a ese. Después pedí kleenex, y no los llevaron.. la ubicación del cuarto era enseguida del área de servicio u y había ruido en la madrugada. En general, mal.

This place looks great online, but it has what seems like an abandoned construction in the back. I only saw men inside the hotel wandering in the hallways. I saw construction workers and men who didn’t seem to have a purpose. It really made me feel uneasy and unsafe. The area is ugly and looks very dark and empty, no people or areas to walk to. I had to leave a couple of hours after my check in, because of it not feeling right. Front desk only offered a different room on a different floor. I left..
