Loved the huge, beautiful grounds and the activities offered at the resort. We did the tubing and horseback riding - great fun and so convenient that it was at the resort. Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall. Very good resort for family.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! Fine hotel, but not really worth the expense. They sell a pass that includes access to all pools and all other resort amenities. I'd recommend trying that and staying somewhere nearby.
