We had to check out early due to a medical emergency and we contacted expedia to try and work something out with the hotel and they never contacted us. I went to the lobby twice looking for the manager and he was never there and I was told he would reach back. The ac broke down on the second day.

The parking wasn’t the best because they are located on the third level of the basement and the entryway for your car is a little tight when first trying to check in. However, the stay was great, breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating.
