The only problem is their AC. The control system do not accept temperature changes. We program 77 Fahrenheit and the AC give 69. The people are really too friendly . The clean was perfect

The hotel is in a great location. Staff is very customer service oriented. Rooms are large; however, the sheets had a hole and smelled, the shower curtain had a large hole as well. It is a bit dated, but goes with the rest of the hotel mid century decoration. Again, location is the keyword here.

Have stayed here many times while passing through Monterrey. Just a short walk to the Macro plaza. It is like a street 4 blocks long with shops and stores. Brand name stores. Bring your money

The hotel itself and its location are great. The rooms were spacious and clean however the restroom was very small and my biggest complaint would be the WiFi, it was horrible, it kept freezing up and it so slow I literally disconnected the entire time and used up my own mobile providers data which used up 90% of my free overseas data I get monthly. They definitely need to invest in a better connection/bandwidth for their guests especially considering it’s a very nice hotel.

The room we stayed at smell straight like old mold. The floor was not vacuum and there are blood on the welcome booklet. The vent in the bathroom was full of mold.

The toilet have problem for hombres. If we seat our male pin is touching the water. The room was 343. I explained this problem to the security man. The room do not was to comfortable. The TV was in do not good position for two persons. The streets out side hotel is really to bad , to much trash, I want to return next month but please take care. Thanks
