The hotel put me on hold for over 20 minutes & then hung up on me . I was trying to get shuttle service to pick us up at airport. I have to pay for my short service to a taxi.. the hotel was filthy dirty smelled so bad, front desk was very backed up checking in. I would never stay there again. Everything in the hotel seemed outdated and filthy dirty with the bad smell..

For the price didnt feel like a Wyndham hotel l, but more like a (very) cheap Hotel. I paid almost 4,500 MXN (220 USD) and the room was pretty narrow, and the bath... was terrible

Very deteriorated property, smells bad; a combination of humidity and smoke, even though they claim ito be a smoke free hotel. Dirty carpets, leaks on the ceiling, horrible bathroom and old linens and towels.
