The views were sensational and the breakfast was excellent. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Cinque Terra. We could see all 5 villages from our hotel.

A beautiful location and panoramic view! The bedding and sheets were terrible. No restaurant at the hotel. The drive way is crazy.

Town transfer an issue in busy ties.

Hotel could not be bettered for views of the CinqueTerre coastline, but the shuttle service to Monterosso , although efficient, was hourly and QUEING it seems is not recognised in Italy! ( Apart from the Brits! )

Set on high hill, the views are wonderful. A shuttle bus runs day and evening to take you to the centre. It has a very good breakfast but does not do evening meals. Staff were friendly, room large but basic.

The hotel and service are very nice. You just need to be prepared for the shuttle service which runs on the hour to the hotel from city center. It is too steep and long for most people to walk. It can be annoying to wait for shuttle.

Wonderful hotel in the hills above Monterosso! Excellent staff and service. Gorgeous views! It is necessary to take a shuttle into town because of the distance and steepness. The shuttle runs every hour and is often full. I would recommend a more frequent shuttle service.

This hotel was amazing. It sits on a hill top over looking Monterosso and the sea. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the whole hotel was sparkling clean. We will definitely be back. I know some of the reviews mentioned the shuttle times were not reliable. We did not find that to be the case. The shuttle was precisely on time. A couple of suggestions: the drive up to the hotel is not as clearly marked but Google GPS will take you to the front door. The drive up is on a one lane road, so be careful. Also, try to time your shuttle rides to train rides if you are going to different villages so that you are not wasting a lot of valuable time.

The most beautiful hotel in an oasis of calm. Around a km from the centre of Monterosso which we were so pleased about as in July/August Monterosso is rammed with tourists. It was lovely to hop on the complimentary shuttle bus and be transported to the hotel where we could relax and recharge before going again. The staff were so helpful and unobtrusive, the breakfast very good and we had the most beautiful room with a breathtaking view. What’s not to like! Highly recommended!

Service was lovely. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was lovely. Always helpful, always respectful, always assist. The view from our balcony was exquisite. The only fault, and it is a big one, was the shuttle bus to the village below ran, at times, hourly. Also, the hotel needs a number system given out at reception for the shuttle. Unfortunately some people are rude and do not wait their turn for the shuttle. The hotel needs to attend to this and it would be the perfect stay. The breakfast was amazing; there were so many choices and the staff serving were a delight. Many thanks.
