It was a very beautiful room with a lot of amenities. Ada friendly shichbwas great for my partner and I who are both disabled and were even able to walk to Canary Row

The location was convenient; and the wine & cheese was a nice touch. Unfortunately, due to the age of the hotel, they do not have air conditioning.

The receptionist in the lobby was very curteous and professional. Wine and cheese was delicious. Also, It was close to the beach and all locations were walkable. Would definitely come back again.

A Friendly Victorian Retreat
We had a good experience without any issues. The front desk was very friendly and genuinely warm. The room was nice, and we liked the push button fireplace; it was so easy to use. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The location was somewhat near Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium; however, if you have problems walking, you may want to stay closer to these attractions. Monterey Pier is a short drive. Breakfast each morning was okay. They offered make-your-own waffles, pre-made omelets, limited fruit varieties, ceareals, bagels, various juices, and coffee.

Excellent location, easy walk to our favorite restaurants. Nice staff and the room was clean. We have always had the 3rd floor with a bit of a view of the bay and a nice little balcony. Only thing we didn’t like was the shower, wide gap at the bottom and try as we might it flooded the floor every shower.

Nice room with fireplace that worked. Nice small balcony. Great breakfast and happy hour. Staff great too. We were able to walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Cannery Roll and great dinner. Will come again.
