Great room, pleasant staff unfortunately I talked to front desk clerk about a problem I had with the cleaner in my room. I had just purchased and barely used new cream,
That jar had been opened and half of that had been removed meaning the whole thing is contaminated so there goes my product that I just bought. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and I want to make a report of that and have that signed by the staff or whoever signs it. I’m going to get a hold of the company. I just ordered this from to see if I can get a another one at a discounted price because I just paid $66 for this wonderful face cream just to have it stolen and then contaminated with what was left. There is a small magnetic spoon that sits on top of this product and you use only one scoop of that per day. Well, this was gouged in there you could see where they had gouged it in and it just had scooped out and put in something else. Oh there goes my cream. I want your company to pay for this. It’s your employee going through my items when I didn’t ask for service in my room. Please contact me via email. I would preferred in writing. Thank you sitting out with the rest of my things, not realizing service would be in there because We did not order service.
