Just horrible - No hot water, TV didn't work, front desk check in experience was slow and complicated. Stayed the following night at a much nicer place in Monterey where we had to shower off the previous nights experience. NEVER again at this property.

Overall, it was a great stay for the 2 days that we had it for. Despite the noisiness of the freeway next to the Hotel. Front desk was very friendly and communicated everything clearly. The cleanliness is great and the shower water is actually at a great temperature!
