We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. The room appeared to have been recently updated.
Unfortunately, I left my laptop in the room when we left for our next location on our trip. When I called to check if my laptop was there it was confirmed that I had indeed left my laptop in the room. Unfortunately, we were already home hundreds of miles away, when this was confirmed. I asked if they could please send my computer to my home, offering to cover the cost of shipping plus $100 to the inconvenience.
I was told that they could do nothing to help me out.
I contacted the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce to see if they could suggest any solutions to my dilemma. I am forever grateful to Christi, who took charge by picking up my computer, taking it to the local UPS store & arranging to have it sent to my home.
Hopefully, management has learned what outstanding customer service is and will improve in the future.
