The management was rude. I had two sets of towels in my room. The cleaners took the clean towels the used and left me with no towels for the night. I went to the window and asked for towles. The on duty manager at 10pm told me to go away and was very very indignant. I was told to come back in the morning. Thus, poor service. No towels. Poor cleanliness. The rooms looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I complained to corporate and they gave me a free room. This hotel is an insult to the Quality Inn franchise.

It is not in a great area of town, but we had a great stay. It is directly across from In-N-Out Burger and McDonald’s, so those were great options for elite dinner. We would definitely stay there again. I stayed there for two nights. There were two great things about this hotel. One, was the hotel worker Moses. he was very helpful and a super nice guy. Him and his wife, really. The other was something that was never mentioned, they have an on-site electric car charger. For free! I was able to charge my Tesla overnight and did not have to go find a charging station. Definitely recommend this low-cost hotel.

Very strange experience. The cleaning person decided to clean upholstered chair and bench in my room, during the day. I came back to my hotel room and discovered my personal items had been moved, with the heater turned to 78 degrees to "Help dry out the chair." I'm still trying to figure out why this kind of cleaning was necessary during my stay. It made me feel nervous and awkward, so I had to go through my things to ensure everything was accounted for. As an aside, the refrigerator in my room did not work.

The receptionist was great. I booked 2 rooms for my family. Both rooms smelled like smoke. The bed covers had holes guessing from the cigarettes not only that but the shower drainage was bad water wouldn’t drain. The sinks smelled really bad don’t really know why.

The place was ok , we were on the 3rd floor ,hoping we don't get any noise but it was still noisy and no hot water . The room gave me a creepy vibe . If you are looking to just sleep and go it’s fine but to stay for a few night , I would say no .
