So much was within walking distance! A great car show was on the way to the Wharf and they had great musical entertainment all day! However, our patio didn't have curtains like the others with a patio did. No privacy whatsoever-that was a waste of money. Bed was too firm for me and pillows had no firmness! But service was excellent, shower was amazing and overall, it was a nice room. I would stay there again, but w/o a patio. Might try a balcony next time but only if it has an ocean view

Good property at a great location. Easy walk to Fisherman's wharf, and close to great dining options on Alvarado. Rooms were decent though not quite the 4-star level. At this high a price per night, I'd have expected free parking in a small town like Monterey and so I'm a bit bummed paying $30 for parking a night. Otherwise a good choice when vacationing in Monterey.

Amazing. The staff was so incredibly nice. From the guys at valet, the woman checking us in, the house keepers in the hallways, every staff member was so incredibly nice and welcoming. They upgraded our stay for free for my husband’s birthday, welcomed us with complimentary bottle of birthday wine, and were super helpful. The hotel is very kid friendly so I will say if you’re looking for a relaxing jacuzzi or pool maaaaybe go somewhere else but that was such a small thing for us it really wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. Relaxing shower, beautiful king bed and patio, just all around a great experience. 10/10 100% recommend staying here.
