The breakfast in the morning was great. Rooms are on the smaller side but we made it work. Room was clean, floor was a little dusty but we were happy with our stay there

My room smelled like dog . The tv didn’t work and wouldn’t turn off or on . There wasn’t none of the necessities that a hotel suppose to hold like shower cap blow drier . Also check out time was 11 and the cleaning lady was at our door 10:58 telling us we had to check out already

The rooms are not well maintained. Left not feeling comfortable. Security issues arose when seeing someone other than hotel staff walk into room I had reserved.

Great location but attention to detail was bad. Opened the door to find the light switch cover broken in half exposing electrical. In this shower was conditioner but the holder for the soap had no soap. Breakfast had eggs and potatoes but not meat selection. Even the OJ was orange water at best. Will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

It’s was a great stay, unfortunately they were renovating rooms. The Construction workers Would start at 830 on the dot and hammer until 7pm. But, other than that it was the bedt price working 40 miles

I would have never expected to be catfished so badly by a hotel. Currently under many renovations with many permanent tenants on site. Pool/hot tub/ whatever completely inoperable. The room itself was disgusting. No towels, half role of tp, smudges on the tv, trash, debris, crumbs on the floor (personally had to mop 3 times it was so gross), roaches, no hot water in the shower.

Shocked that Radisson would allow their name to be associated with this place. There was construction everywhere. My room had the windows covered in plastic for the painting. The room had no TV, no soap, no washcloth and the security latch was broken. The smoke detector had a missing cover and several sprinkler heads were covered with cloth. The place is a dump.

Check in experience not very welcoming. Clerk was mundane demeanor, not friendly. No room cleaning or trash disposal. No clean towels even after trying to put Clean Room Placard on door which was ignored. Stayed for 6 days. Breakfast selection very sparse.

Getting out of the heat
It was good. The price was amazing. The full breakfast was really good and the coffee was excellent. Our room was clean and comfy & black out blinds. The bathroom ceiling had stains like water damage, but the shower was good. We were missing our towels all for except one but we asked and they gave us our sets. Front desk were cordial & respectful. Shopping stores were nearby.

Just an okay
For the price and the area it was just okay! The bathroom floor was dirty. The room had a foul order that I had to spray oder ban, open the window, turn on the ac for circulation and hang up an air fresher. Parking was horrible, had to park on the street at 8pm. Other then this I really like the location close to the dunes.
