Great little inn in Carmel. Rooms do not have AC but you get a fan that moves plenty of air around and temperature is not an issue at all

Our room was cozy and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and the area was wonderful; it was a 6 minute walk to the Carmel Beach! Nice place.

Fantastic hotel, fits in with the vibe around Carmel. Only point of note is that the walls are very thin. Our neighbours had a fun filled night…. you go cowgirl! Nonetheless, the place is lovely and clean, staff are helpful and the setting is stunning.

Perfect location, gorgeous unique room with beautiful bathroom. I like to say sincerely that room reminded me ; my stay at DC Mandarin Oriental hotel room. The manager Randy was very kind and helpful. He even walked us over to a restaurant nearby to ask its manager a question we had about an item on the menu. Our first visit to Carmel; now we feel; we have a home there ; definitely Monte Verde Inn. Complimentary breakfast in a basket is brought to your door every morning! Complimentary parking is available in the two parking lots owned by the Inn

We had a great stay at Monte Verde Inn. We were welcomed when we arrived and were actually shown to our room. The gentleman at the front desk gave us great advice on what to see and where to dine. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delivered to our door in the morning was very good and more than what we had expected. Highly recommend.
