Very nice smaller hotel very convenient to the main restaurant street ( Alvarado). Nice clean room with lovely courtyard. TV had option to be able to stream programs such as Netflix from your device like an iPhone. Only complaint is there were no towel racks. Also the bed was a high old 4 poster and my wife couldn’t climb into it until we asked for a small step stool.

This was an awesome stay. I’ve stayed here once before, and was so glad I had the same good experience. Staff was super friendly, room was super great and cozy. Clean, updated and in a GREAT location. I can’t recommend this place enough, it was extremely walkable and the parking was awesome.

Liked the historic building and mission furnishings, spacious rooms, breakfast, and proximity to pier and old Monterey landmarks. On-site parking wasn’t a problem, perhaps because it was winter and our car is compact.
