The room was nice but didnt have a lot of utilities to use very bare bones stuff. There was little to no bathroom counter space especially for 2 people. The shower was inconvenient and got water everywhere. The ammenties were way to expensive for what they were offering. Tons of fees and charges per night that were expensiveand was charged day of check in. Staff was friendly. I appericate the no contact check out. Overall wasnt worth the money I spent for 3 nights.

The pool / path to the pool at night is not lit; easy to fall and get hurt. Not safe Also price on Expedia is misleading; Extra DAILY $35 Resort Fee $20 for Parking (the Parking is truly ridiculous as this place is not in the City Center)

The property was clean and organized. The fire pit areas are nice as well. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property is. I didn’t like the motel feel of the hotel. Our room was pretty far from the main lobby and you park your car outside your room like a motel. You kind of feel secluded and not part of the resort. Overall it’s it was nice but I can’t say I’d stay here again.

This review is about the customer communication of the hotel. We had a family emergency and unable to make the trip the last minute (hence we didn’t get to stay there to review the hotel itself ). We tried calling the hotel directly but the hotel main phone number DID NOT WORK. It just appeared as “busy” and the call could not get through. We tried calling for two days and with no luck. There is no alternate number we could call. We then tried sending messages to hotel via Expedia app as we are unable to call them but they never responded. It was quite frustrating for a big hotel like Hyatt to not have a proper phone number that the customers can reach. Pretty unacceptable in my opinion.
