We stayed during Mother’s Day 2025 weekend. The room was small and dark. The shower was not maintained with warm water at high pressure. The highlight of the stay was the restaurant in hotel lobby. Both options buffet and ala carte for breakfast available. Evening had live guitar besides the bar with good calm ambience. Outside Seating tables had fire pit for chilly evenings. Hotel has a golf course too. Very Few activities within the resort. All tourists are provided with a map of the resort and the initial expectations are set high. But actually visiting the place left us disappointed. Eg a hammock garden is just a small area in middle of buildings with hammocks. Downtown Monterey, cannery row all within 10 mins drive which is great. Overall ok stay and good hotel experience with helpful staff. If the rooms were better then would have gone higher but for now a 3 star rating.

The bar in the lobby doesn’t open until 3 which is unfortunate since we were on vacation and wanted breakfast/lunch cocktails. It was also unfortunate that every night we were woken up by doors slamming and people screaming on the floor level. Other than that, the room was very clean and nice.

the only one issue I had was my room is too far from the conference center. most of the conference attendees were staying cross the conference center. my room is like 8-10 minuets away from it. not very convinience

Almost all good. Plentiful parking, a lot of activities on site. Stayed there with my family for Big Sur marathon. A couple of suggestions: have bottle and wine openers in the room. A few more towels and hooks to hang clothes wouldn’t hurt either.
