Nice place to stay. Great breakfast. But there charge extra fees not at hotel. On Expedia it said they were going to charge $40 local fees but was charged $100 when i got there wasn't informed why and then $20 dollar fee for one day and then charged $100 again after checking out. After receiving my receipt with zero fees left to pay.

Booked a suite with a view when we checked in a huge puddle of animal urine was in the carpet, they were willing to switch us rooms but it was a major downgrade and they did not compensate the price. Cleanliness of the new room was a bit uncomfortable. Someone else’s hair was all over the bedding and even around the toilet. Wish I would’ve taken pictures, I was just too tired from traveling I wanted to sleep so I can go home.

The property was clean, staff during breakfast was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!!! The hotel was perfect for us. I was a bit disappointed the indoor pool was not heated.. we were looking forward to a night swim.

It was a bit dirty, definitely needs to be updated. Extreme long lines for breakfast... im talking like 30 minutes in line for an omelet. Tried to get early check in, but couldn't.
