Would NOT recommend this property. Room was not clean. Carpets were dirty and did not appear to be properly vacuumed. Staff was unwilling to be helpful unless explicitly demanded. They didn't offer to help us with baggage even though we had little children and had to walk up multiple flights of stairs. They tried notifying us via text that they would not be cleaning our rooms and only did so after we complained. They essentially shut down all operations at night, which we were not made aware of prior to booking. If you're expecting a hotel with hotel-level service, this is NOT it. We won't be coming back again.

The service was amazing and beyond helpful. The location was perfect if you want to stay in Chinatown and have easy access digits about anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely come here again

While I arrived very late for my one short night at the Centrella bed & breakfast, it was a charming place, and I wish I could have stayed and explored the neighborhood and enjoyed its gardens longer. The only negative was that I had to hunt for street parking since I arrived so late. Fortunately I found some. 😊

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The staff was amazing; very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room #17 for 3 nights. It was small and lacked a placed to put your clothing. The armoire only had four hangers, but offered no place to put smaller clothing items. We found ourselves tripping over open suitcases. The mattress NEEDS to be replaced! It dipped in the middle and was very lumpy, which made for restless sleep for both of us.

Nice location but he property is a bit run down and could use some TLC. The mattress and pillows were lumpy. We stayed on the lower level and it was NOISY - a steady stream of early morning garbage trucks and maintenance workers. Very limited breakfast.

Beautiful and clean. My girlfriend and I needed two beds. I called Desk and was told one of their Cottages would work with a Queen bedroom and a sofa bed. I told my friend I'd take the sofa- no problem! We arrived and I spent 2 very uncomfortable night on an old! Black leather Futon that was worse than being on a wood plank because it had a metal bar in the very middle. Two extra blankets did not help the distress. Miserable and I paid good money for this " sofa". Other than this episode? I'd highly recommend this Charming Inn.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful inn. We were lucky enough to arrive on the day of a farmers market just steps from the inn! It’s located in a very great area for walking, and truly enjoyed our overall service. Parking, although limited, was not an issue at all during our stay. Staff was accommodating, room was spacious (queen loft, seaside view). Would stay again!!

I loved this place. It had a historic bed and breakfast feel, but you get your own private room/bathroom. The area felt safe for walking and was nearby the shoreline and many eating options. Street parking was doable. The breakfast parfaits are incredible. Staff was friendly.
