Sleek, modern and charming hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was just for one night as we had traveled down from San Francisco to visit the beautiful, magical Carmel for the first time. The Mission Inn was so comfortable, spacious, with beautiful decor and nice extra touches like a laptop tray and some cool cushions (you'll see!). The check in was quick and friendly and efficient. The pool area was nice too. It's a bit outside Carmel, we made the mistake of trying to drive in but parking was a nightmare so we went back and just got a Lyft instead which was quick and easy (plus we got a little guided tour of some interesting spots like Clint Eastwood's ranch from the Lyft driver on the way back!). We would stay here again if we return to Carmel, which we no doubt will. One minor quibble is that it would have been nice to have a smart TV in the room, but there are so many beautiful things outside to see it doesn't matter!

Tive uma experiência muito ruim neste hotel, as fotos não condizem com a realidade do quarto, pagamos muito caro e o quarto era ruim, não tinha nem porta no guarda roupa era uma cortina de pano, o banheiro era péssimo, azulejos do box escuros e sujos, banheiro pequeno, recepção no chekin muito mal educada e nada gentil. Eu simplesmente odiei este lugar, pior hotel que fiquei nos últimos 2 anos é caríssimo. Não recomendo, não parece o que está no site . Piscina suja, serviço ruim e comodidade péssima.

Mission In is quite place well kept.in plaza behind there is small Irish pub where you eat great food until 11 pm.across the street you can find a Starbucks very close to highway it’s the perfect place to enjoy Carmel but you will need to take the car to go to the beach

The price of the property per night exploited car week .. initial room looked directly into a staircase .. no room service , restaurant didn’t answer phone and had to collect yourself in a pick up bag ( fyi Covid is now over !) restaurant closed Sunday Would never stay again .. saving grace . Breakfast waitress was excellent

BEAUTIFUL PLACE, very surprised it is called by the sea, but it really is not by the sea. Hotel nice, although again, surprised of its location, but nice. everyone was nice and pleasant, not necessarily helpful but pleasant when approached. Never learned or understood how breakfast worked but we managed, we are not difficult, room was very nice and clean, thank you for that. first time in Carmel, so, we may give this a try again. thank you
