Place is so dated.....40 years. Unbelievable they still charge rates they do. Service is deplorable. No wifi, beer in 6oz cup. Rooms look like haven't been updated since 1970. Never to return

The staff was awesome. The Jasmine dinner hall was great. Marvin and Dwlight took great care of us. Likes 1) Room space was great. 2) Food needs to be hot on the warmer 3) pool was great 4) Deli food was good. But we need to have a microwave nearby to heat up food. 5) liked ice cream but we should have cones, and bigger cups for customers. 6) desserts were good, but I think we should try to provide cookies, brownies, and black cake. (Weekends only Friday night and Saturday, Sunday). Dislikes: 1) Please turn down that jacuzzi. The temperature is way too high for a jacuzzi. (I tested it with my Apple Watch). My reading said 123 degrees. 2) Vaccum the jacuzzi, especially by the steps. It’s a lot of sand in the jacuzzi. 3) No iron was in my room. 4) No microwave in my room. 5) No hot water in my room, or on the floor. (You can buy the machine which makes coffee or tea). 6) No ATM machines!!! Why this is 2024 not 1986!! 7) The Gift shop prices are overpriced!!!! 8) The way we read the amenities makes you think that the massages are included in the inclusive pricing which is not true. The same way you have hot water by the deli have a station like that on a few floors.

Rooms are gross. Ours had blood on counters, dirty pillowcases and shower/toliet you could see dirt. Asked manager to come see it and she changed to much better room. Entertainment was very mediocre along side food and service. Beach was best thing resort offered. You get what you pay for. Glorified Motel.

The staff was very friendly. We however were given a room with no water pressure and very little hot water. Also bedding was just a sheet for covering. It didn’t look like as if this room was used much as it seemed very basic and bare. Only one lamp on one of the night stands. The stairs going up were very slippery ceramic especially when wet as well. For the price of $250 with tax we expected a bit more. Also the main buffet restaurant was basic with no bacon, ham served at breakfast.
