This was our first time at a resort in Montego Bay. The location is great - only a 10 min ride from the airport! When pulling up, I was surprised to see that you had to cross the road to access the beach. That said, it didn’t prove to be problematic at all as there is a crossing guard there and you have everything you need on the other side (food, drinks, and restrooms) so you don’t have to keep going back and forth. Overall the resort is clean, however the main dining hall looked more dated vs our room, which was modern and big! The food was traditional Jamaican and not spicy, with some extra dishes for foreigners. The Italian restaurant was the only one open and the dining experience there was great! We spent most of our time by the beach. The guys over in the water sports area (one of them named Dwayne) were fantastic and helped us as needed - we did snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Club 27/27 was about a 10-12 min walk or 3 min cab ride but rates were about $20USD. We walked to and from without any problems. And on the return the security was always friendly at the gate. Special shout out to Mahlin and the detailed directions he gave us for going into town!

The workers were friendly and polite. The bathrooms weren’t built well, fan didn’t work in bathroom, ac shuts off, water flooded out the shower and showers not clean. Phones didn’t work well, and owner parked his vehicle in the lobby dropped off so cars couldn’t drop off and pick up guests even in stormy rain.

Entertainment was very boring if I had not got off the resort I would have been miserable the food was very dry and some of the workers are very creepy. Them women houskeepers are good people and so were the dinning room servers . The bed in my room was terrible and the wifi on the resort hardly worked for the price I paid .dj coolio was the best the other guy did entirely too much . Taking his shirt off winding on the guest not professional and there literally was nothing to do on the resort and one of the grounds men is very creepy he will walk past you a dozen times telling you how much he likes you even if you say your good . The food was very dry and I hardly ate after the first two days being there the drinks are too watered down and cheap and makes you sick after a while . And it’s hard to sleep after a certain time and you have to ask for a blanket it didn’t come in the room. They had no body through the hotel to book excursions only people outside the resort to offer but their prices were ridiculously high and the gift shop is crazy for thinking i would pay $16 for an old android charger and ten bucks for a lighter. Overall I will not stay at this resort again but it’s definitely in a great spot for distance from the Montego Bay strip which was beautiful.

Check-in was a disaster. Thank God for Sandra, the manager. The room had no wash cloth , no hand towel, and no glass to put your toothbrush. The shower was not working properly. The bathroom is outdated. They always run out of chicken at sea grill/bar. The restaurant was very hot. They need to install wall fans and industrial standing fans. Country the entertainer was excellent 👌 👏

My first experience was at the hotel i proceed to take care of my luggage. I heard a voice from the door don't touch the cart i said why not he reply that's my job .Delroy /aka wilson i change his name also Danovan.awesome service second contract was Claudia at the ckeckin counter She proceeded by offering us some thing to drink i asked if there is any more than just drink because we leave our home at 3am .she leave her desk and take us to the dining room so we could have lunch . She is beautiful and awesome service. she make us feel important. In the dining room we met marvin capitan of the Italian restaurant 😋 thank you for checking eack plates for presentation and quality control . main dining we met angie marvin and others i dont remember but only can say awesome services from them all. last but surely not the least miss brown who take care of our room. we leave message at the desk that we will be out for 3 days an our arrival miss brown just returning from the office. With great excitement what happen to you all. l just went to the office to get a wellness check i asked then to call you and the most important thing i was able to help a couple from France who was speaking french to danavon who didn't understand then so i was able to translate to danavon what they were saying thank to the manager who take the time to speak with us thank you all for a wonderful time and an awesome and amazing time at your resort

I love the location of the property. It is close to the airport. The beach is small but the water is clean and clear. I also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. I didn’t like that the room I was assigned has a construction site for my view. I couldn’t use the balcony.
