Every part of this resort is great!! It was the experience for me. They are constantly making sure the resort is clean. Only thing i wish was better was more options for food on the menu at the bar and room service. Wish the Jamaican restaurant on the resort was open more we would have loved to have been able to get a reservation there. The buffet was decent each time. Loved the cafe. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the beach and also to walk right to the beach. So much more positives I can see about this resort.

This property surprisingly exceeded my expectations! I had such a great time. I felt very welcomed by all the staff! They were all nice and professional. The property is clean. You always see the staff cleaning. The food was good. I do wish that room service had more options but that encouraged me to get out. The beach was clean. My room had a bit of an odor when you walk in. Not sure what it was. I mentioned it to the cleaning lady. The smell calmed down a bit but was still present. Nothing unbearable however, it was noticeable. Check in was VERY long. I arrived at the hotel at about 3:00. We didn’t get checked in until about 5. It was long! I was exhausted after traveling all day. We had dinner reservations for 6:30. So we only had time to shower and change before heading right back out. If I had to suggest anything it would be to work on that. That irked me a little because I was very tired and expected to be checked in on time or at a reasonable time. To be checked in over 1.5 hours later was torture. There was a manager or staff member who walked by and saw how exhausted we looked. He told front desk to give us a complimentary massage at the spa. That was nice but had it not been for him we wouldn’t have been offered anything. I wish front desk would’ve done something to make it right. This was the only hiccup. After we checked in everything was amazing from here on out. I love this place and will definitely be back!! This place is a gem. I don’t want to share it lol

Great location, less than 10mn drive from the airport, party strip where Margaritaville, club 27/27 is located, the casino and much more. Food options are very good, the pool is warm and cozy, view and access to the beach are amazing. There are stores close to the parking lot where you can buy souvenirs and avoid the hassle of the streets. The staff is top notch. Always available and very friendly which made our stay much more fun.

Perfect stay from start to finish! The pictures, 5 star reviews you see are totally what you experience. The rooms are amazing, clean and well appointed. The service is STELLAR in every way. They truly are customer focused and want your stay to be the best it can be. They made a room accommodation to allow for elevator access with no problem. While the whole staff was stellar, a special shout out to Zaria(sp) who orchestrated our room move, and Sashane at the rooftop bar who took extra special care of us. The food at the specialty restaurant was amazing ( call on the Thursday before your visit for reservations) and the buffets were equally as delicious. You may want to bring a Yeti for drinks on the beach, although the pool bar does provide drink service on the beach. A note that some of the surrounding gift shops can have an aggressive approach to sales. Our favorites were the shop at the end of the resort driveway (Shoppers Mini Mart) and Bev’s, which is a short walk to the right of the resort. Both had fair prices and hassle free customer service. We would choose the S hotel again! They definitely earned their rating as #1 in Jamaica. If you need a driver.. I suggest Taz from Share Bear tours for airport transfers and tours. One last suggestion.. the Mobay Lounge and service at the airport is well worth the $. That said, we can’t wait to return!

Love this property so much. All inclusive means all inclusive. If you get the suite with a cabana attached, that’s exactly what it means. Your own personal cabana. Staff is amazing. Food is amazing. Entertainment is amazing! Watch out for the surrounding areas as locals can be a little aggressive, trying to sell things, but it is understandable per the poverty level there. Try to buy from locals if you can. Try the excursions offered by the concierge. Smaller venue means less people in the pool more seating available at the beach and restaurants. No congestion. This place was the perfect choice and just right for our beautiful honeymoon. No worries, no problem. 😊

It's good, but i wouldn't say excellent. The beach is beautiful, but it closes at 6pm. The beach staff start putting away chairs and umbrellas by 5:30 pm. There's only a two drink order minimum at the beach and the options are very limited to beer, fruit punch or rum punch. If you want more drinks, you'll have to walk all the way to the pool and get it yourself. No robes or slippers in the room. I would suggest they add that because the floors get dirty so easily from coming from the beach. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days they cleaned the room early, other days it was later in the day, which irked me because we would have dinner reservations to get ready for. Food was plentiful, but a little too salty for me. There are only three Ala Carte restaurants. We especially liked the Italian in the Sky level. Reservations at the concierge were easy to make for restaurants and tours. Other than what was mentioned, we still enjoyed our stay. The staff is wonderful with pleasant personalities. They never made us feel like we were bothering them when we had requests. The staff makes this hotel. I would definitely return! Oh! And i loved the ingenious key reader on the wrist bands! I never had to worry about looking for my key card or losing it! 🙂
