The employees are constantly cleaning inside and out. The food was plentiful and tasty. Service was outstanding. Entertainment in the evenings was great. Their house band is amazing.

Loved the energy of the property with activities for all. Comfortable, quiet spaces are challenging to find during the day, though I appreciate the product brand. Dining was okay with the reservations piece a small challenge across the specialty restaurants. Would return, given the right circumstance. Price point would need to be more appropriate.

Overall the property is very good Some areas needing repairs, most staff very friendly and helpful but a few extremely miserable Check in needs some work. Very very slow then once given keys to the rooms the cleaning crew were still in the rooms A little frustrating on arrival after a long day

This is the first time we have ever paid for plane tickets to leave early from our vacation. We stayed 3 days and that is saying a lot. The pool was disgusting you can see some sort of slime always floating around. Looked like a cesspool. Dead roaches all around the hallways, very dated and the hall ways getting to the rooms look like prison walls. Jamaica itself is beautiful, but this hotel was terrible.

My first time in Jamaica and hotel Riu Montego Bay made it one to remember! The hotel is beautiful, always something to do and most importantly to me the food was amazing! Will definitely be returning!
