The staff are top notch and the amenities are the great. There are always people on hand to help and i highly recommend Riu Montego Bay.

I liked the entertainment and how they interacted with all guests.. the dining room top employees needs to be more respectful the waiters was very pleasant I think they need to train the top hostesses above them.. Also the food wasn’t bad but I felt like it was repetitive not a lot of selection for the Jamaican food . Was better last year.. house keeping was ok. And if you called the first desk there response to your needs was met in a timely manner .. but it was still a very nice trip would recommend

Stayed with 5 other couples for a birthday. Overall, we all thought the Riu Montego Bay was great. The staff were all outgoing, especially Charlotte, it was her 1st week and she already was a seasoned pro. The food was not so great but after reading reviews, we already knew that it wasn't the best. Although the jerk chicken served at Pepes by the pools is unbelievable good. The beach, ehh, its a man made beach so the muddy feel of the bottom and the sea weed are a bit of a downer, once you have a few cocktails in you its all good! Would we go back? I can say my wife and I would go back for sure.

If you’re looking for a party Montego Bay Riu is the place to be . You don’t have to leave the resort to party . The food was delicious and the staff were friendly.

Wonderful property staff was friendly and welcoming, although our room was in the last building towards the back it was good enough for us . We opted for a first fl room because only one building had an elevator didn’t feel like dragging our luggage around . Other than that everything was fine . The refrigerator was well stocked we had plenty of towels etc
