The beach was horrible and smelled bad, had tons of Algae. We checked it out once and didn’t returned back at all to the beach. Some people were very friendly while there were some who seemed rude. If you are veg or only eat chicken there isn’t much Restaurants you can eat in. Also not all the restaurants are open everyday, 2 out of 4 nights Indian food restaurant was open so we sticked to that. The pool was nice and so was the lazy river.

Stayed for a week, it was a good time . We had transportation from the hotel to and from no issues. The staff was super accommodating and nice to me and my partner. During the day there was a lot to do enjoyed the pool entertainment. The food to me was good enjoyed the oxtails and jerk chicken hut. Overall I’ll stay again .

Property it self was amazing. Absolutely beautiful. The “privilege” service was nothing major. Never got things that were advertised. Most staff very pleasant and nice. Some where just not helpful. Overall Jamaica will always be go to place , just not sure if will return to Ocean Eden. Oh the beach sucks too.

The property was fun , activities were fun, they just need to elaborate more on the privilege package when it comes to access with your butler. You are not first priority, only when they are available but they manage the whole property. So you are better off with the regular room. Save your money

The Staff sucks, Got privilege suite and didn’t get any privileges, my butler was no where to be found. Staff are very miserable, they act like they don't want to work. If you go on excursions, BOOK AHEAD OF YOUR TRIP. Especially when you stay in Trelawny, there aren’t a lot of excursions that go out of trelawny. When you book excursions pay everything with CASH, DO NOT pay with card, because if your excursion gets canceled due to weather or not enough people booking for that transportation, they act like they don’t want to refund you right away unless you pay with cash payment only!!! Honestly don’t stay in Trelawny stay in either , OCHO RIOS, MONTEGO BAY OR NEGRIL!! Excursions are in all those places.
