Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. Bathrooms include showers with rainfall showerheads and hydromassage showerheads, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, staff did an amazing job helping make our trip great. Only complaint would be the loud bass coming from the dance place. Joyce at Martha’s was amazing. Wendy at the beach bar was also awesome.

To have spent so much money the staff was very rude. I paid for Privilege services and it really was a waste, every request was basically blown off. I wanted to extend my stay for an additional day. Staff seemed as if it was an convenience, I was told it was one price but then when I got back to my room the “butler” texted me and said it was $100 more than what I was told at the front desk. The food wasn’t the greatest. Every day around 3 to 4 coincidentally the pool would close down because of accidents. Honestly would not stay at this resort again.

Pros - food was good, especially the wood fired pizza at Martha’s and the jerk chicken at the beach. Our room was a swim up which was nice. Maid service was exceptional (I made sure to tip her in advance everyday and the quality was noticeably less on her day off). Pool area entertaining staff were the best. Enjoyed the nightly shows, especially the steel drum group - do not miss this if you are there! Cons - sales at check in. Told them we were not interested and after several no’s, felt bullied into attending the morning breakfast and info session. Yucky way to spend the first vacation day. Stand your ground if you are not interested. We politely attended and after 45 minutes reinstated as we had the day before that we were not interested. The otherwise friendly sales person turned visibly angry and rude towards us. Rooms are a bit worse for wear and could use some upkeep. Ocean air is hard on things though so I can understand this. Beach is very small, which we knew before going. Overall, enjoyed our getaway.

This stay was truly special, the staff are friendly and accommodating and we were able to try all they had to offer. The only down side was the age limit for the water park area, other than that the restaurants, bowling, family room and all activities were amazing and enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a safe family trip

I am writing this review for only one purpose. We had $160 in cash stolen from our room while our family was at the pool. The safe was not working properly, so we stored the cash in a zipped compartment in my luggage until we could get the safe working. When we discovered the money was missing, we reported it. Loss Management required paperwork, interviewed me, and went with us back to our room where they searched through everything - including my wife and daughter's underwear (presumably because they needed to rule out that we had misplaced the money). Several hour process. We were told we'd hear about a resolution within 24 hours. We never heard anything at all, despite asking several different people. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff was great, the food was great, and the Privilege benefits were worth the additional price. But this resort made a huge customer service mistake in how they handled our missing cash. It isn't about the money, and we recognize that we created the opportunity for this situation by not keeping the cash with us, but we felt the resort handled it poorly.

The resort as a whole was very nice. The pool area and beach were well kept. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants and food. A couple of things that I did not like were that room service came to our room early while we were still sleeping and when we didn't come to the door right away they let themselves in. We also didn't receive any new towels after we had requested them at the front desk. The dining room service forgot two of our meals. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Ocean Coral Springs and I would definitely come back again.

Amazing trip with my husband and 5 year old daughter! Great pool area, food was fantastic, the lobby and bar areas were very nice. Hotel rooms were spacious, foam party was awesome (especially for the kids), mini disco was fun. Room for improvement in the booking of restaurants. Almost impossible to get a table but then the restaurants were empty. Service all around is slow. Entertainment was not good. Don’t get tricked into a tour with your “concierge” - it’s a long and aggressive sales pitch for a time share.
