Highly enjoyable.

Our stay at the Jewel Grande Resort was excellent. The resort is very clean and well taken care. The resort has everything you to really enjoy your vacation stay. You have access to almost anything you might need on a vacation. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. There was nothing that we lacked on our stay and I'm very picky. I would highly recommend Jewel Grande resort to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their vacation. I will probably only stay there when in Montego Bay Jamaica because of my experience there.

Such a beautiful hotel with lots of things to do for everyone. All inclusive is great but the top shelf is not included. Over all it’s amazing.. literally a breath taking view from all around really but my ocean front was literally amazing. Took my mom along with myself and friends.. can’t wait to return

I am not one to complain as you can see in my previous reviews, but the customer service left much to be desired, particularly at the highest levels of management. They were unable to give us the 2 BR suite we paid for and had to separate my family for 3 of the 6 days we were there in 2 different 1BR units. They eventually (day 3) corrected the issue, but no upgrades or genuine apologist for the inconvenience until I requested to speak with the General Manager (who I was told was offsite my last nature stay). That said, location, food, amenities, and beach were all absolutely as expected. If everything would have went smoothly it would have been a 4-4.5 star trip.

The property overall is good to stay. The bed is firm super firm so our sleep wasn't the best. Overall experience staff was very warm and friendly super helpful. For the food I wish they had better options. The Moonstone restaurant was the Best. Jerk on the Beach Beef Patties. Great The BEST PART OF OUR TRIP WAS THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WARM SPIRIT,GENUINE HUMAN BEING WHO LOVES HIS JOB. MR.WILFORD BERNARD I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT THE BEST IN LIFE SIR. Solo Traveler, This property was recommended from a coworker who was there with here family. As a solo Traveler the staff there made me feel so included from the start. The young lady at the registration desk, I think her name was Adine, who gave me a great room looking over the ocean and mountains. To the fabulous Spa, Loretta I love you,Great spa ladies. Variety of food,beautiful beach. Just fabulous vaction. Thank you. I Highly recommended Resort for families as well as solo travelers.
