I booked this hotel based on review. I got there and the water pressure was very low, the room had two towels, three washcloths, no ice, no microwave, and their mini bar had two beers, 3 sprite, 2 cokes. The restaurants had reservation and then we had to wait until 12 to reserve a table. I had to go get my own lemon for the scallops, and drinks. One person wanted to take a $50.00 tip from us. They said on Expedia that the shuttle was included from and to the airport. Went ask the hotel and they said it is Expedia transparency not theirs. Spending $5000 for 3 nights was not worth it. No one has taken accountability for their actions. The airport shuttle for the hotel wanted us to pay $80.00 for a 15 min drive to the hotel. Another one wanted $40.00 then we paid $20.00 to another taxi. Overall our trip was ruined because the 'ALL INCLUSIVE' NON TRANSPARENCY. Then Marvin who was promoting the timeshare hotels in all of the US and WORLD was very condescending towards us. He did not care about our experience, just to sell us the package deal for 39,000. The DJ had a cutoff time on 09th November was 12:00 am and we ask to play a song and he refused because he went over his time and refuse even though it was my birthday. I will not be visiting this hotel anymore. Thank you.

Staff was amazing. Very welcoming, nice and accommodating. Seemed genuine. Hotel is nice but needs a makeover. Rooms need to be updated. Lots of dining options but the food was not very good and portions are small at restaurants that required a reservation. Beach area is nice but sand is filled with rocks which made it difficult to go out into the water. It actually hurt our feet. Grounds around property was well kept and landscape is beautiful! At times the music at the main pool was inappropriate, offensive and better suited for a club environment. The resort needs to be more thoughtful about the type of music they play. Some songs included offensive lyrics. A song by Silly Connolly was played that referenced a “big black p***y”. I personally do not want to hear that kind of music at a beach resort!

Best 3-4 hours flight vacation. We are from New York and it takes 3 1/2 hour for each one way of flight! Only shortage is room service. It seems you ordered and sometimes they forget or delayed.

The property was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The pools were clean and well maintained and all service at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. We were a little disappointed to be hounded on the first day about attending a presentation for Hyatt Timeshares, which we had no interest in attending but seemed to be very pressured. We were also disappointed to find that the beach, which is regularly refurbished with sand, was not up to standard - it was so rocky that there was no way to get out into the water unless you brought aqua shoes with you. So while the beach was beautiful to look at, it was basically unusable. We caught an outside show on Halloween featuring many dancers that was fun and festive. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay but wished the beach was better.

Our stay there was great. We made this place our choice because of the food and friendly staff and we were not disappointed. Carmela and Delano were hyped up and kept the excitement alive as they did the different activities and shows. The food and drinks also helped us feel like they cared about the guests there. We got hugs from the staff as though we were family after our 4 days stay.

This all-inclusive resort for the price we paid was absolutely fantastic. We visited during a quieter tourist time (Labor Day and the few days following), so the property may have had a lower rate than if it had been during its peak tourist time. In any case, the amenities, restaurants, activities, and overall atmosphere was amazing. The staff were excellent and attentive. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and I will probably try and stay here upon my next visit to Jamaica!
