My first day of staying there the elevator button to the third floor broke and I had to take the steps we had a server. Her name was Georgia and she was unprofessional in every way possible I will never stay back at that facility again.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. There were two shower heads: one had black stuff coming out of it and the top water fall showerhead was broken. The staff tried their best to make up for it. The shower head was fixed right away. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people. i called 4 times and got them after 3 hours. The Alexander restaurant was very tasty! We had the free breakfast for 3 days and then ordered dinner on 5/23. The food was worth the wait! Georgette and Samantha were wonderful. Location on the Hip Strip was great! Easy walking to many places including Doctors Cave.

prepared. There were very thin sheets that were supposed to be used for blankets. When we asked for blankets, we got ones with holes in them. There was water in half of the corridor outside the rooms(like a huge puddle). Would not recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel is very nice the stay was great, the only takeaway is it says all inclusive however it is not. They only serve breakfast and that is it you had to pay for anything extra. Even fruit (Not Good) Also they are short on supplies which was disappointing due to having to wash with a towel because they ran out of cloths. (Also not good). The walk to Dr Cave beach was about 7 mins as stated and there is Harmony beach also a little further down the opposite direction both beautiful however; Dr Cave is much better.

I recently spent five nights at this hotel, and while I loved its convenient location near the airport and Hip Strip, with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and the beach right across the street, my experience was mixed. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies, were exceptional. However, the restaurant staff's customer service was disappointing. Every morning, I felt like I was begging for attention, they’d ignore and stare without a greeting or even acknowledging my presence. As a Jamaican-born individual who's traveled extensively, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic customer service skills.Would I stay here again? Yes.I'd stay here again due to its Jamaican ownership,the location and complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. I know this is a fairly new hotel so I do hope to see improvements in the customer service.Some of those workers needs more training.A smile won’t hurt them.
