The absolute best staff ever. Very accommodating and friendly there. Customer service was outstanding. They all went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable. I can’t remember all their names however, Tashe and Anna Kay at check in made me feel like royalty. Jordane ant the seafood restaurant was amazing. Marjelo from the sales team was also amazing. There were other staff members that were great but I can’t remember their names. Having the shuttle service on premises to and from the airport made getting to the resort so much easier. Having the Juta in front of resort is also quite convenient The only concern is that furniture needs some updating. My mattress felt a little lean. The curtains and cushions for seating at hotel had stains. It’s time for a little TLC remodeling. The staff members would definitely be the reason for me coming back. Amazing service

I stayed in the superior suite ocean view room with private pool. The room and view was beautiful. The outdoor patio pillows were filthy. Also the chairs at the Mobay buffet were also dirty. The buildings could use some paint. I also saw some wood rot on the covered walk way. Outside of that, everything else was great.

I had a restful stay at the Grand Palladium. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the environment was clean and well maintained. The bell hop guy Patman was super helpful and goes above and beyond. Shericka from the Seafood restaurant was amazing. Enger was the frontdesk was amazing and helpful. Only thing I would recommend that the food at the main lounge have more Jamaican cuisine variety for breakfast and that the Japanese restaurant food improve as well. Some staff were not warm but i believe with consistent customer service training they will improve.

There’s not much activities to do. Resort is really quiet and you can only get food between certain times, and part of the resort was under construction so a lot of construction noises early in the morning. My experience here was a 2/5 stars.

They gave us the wrong room the first day, tub didnt work, the lock on the door was broken they end up switching us to the right room 7pm the next day. They gave us this coupon book that you could barely use at the places they said, they be doing construction on the property, and the room which is noisy as hell. Staff was very friendly, service was good at the restaurants, entertainment was great each night .

I don’t know Where to start from The room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusted even though I left like a soap stain just to see if the housekeeper would clean it. The Jacuzzi was disgusting As for the food Chicken back every day, Curry chicken stew, chicken, oxtail once a week only on a Friday what happened to the curry mutton stew peas I didn’t see planting once no Bamby. No Jamaican area no meat joints fruits there was no variety only melons and few other fruits cake section was poor. Grand Palladium, I will not be back or my partner I spent a lot of money and did not enjoy it. At the pool, no entertainments from the staff like teaching your guest how to dance Jamaican style even a little history about Jamaica there was nothing. The only good thing was the staff They were exceptional outstanding Customer Service that you can’t go on the holiday only on Customer Service I’ve come from the UK that’s a long flight so I will stick to Rui. The staff did bend backward for us, but management you can do better very very disappointed. Omar the restaurant manager amazing friendly person in Mobay thank you Quite dead entrainments.No pool party no Jamaican music only commercial this is Jamaica.
