The cups were filthy and dirty. I don’t think they clean the cups used at the pool properly. They just smelled off and looked bleaky and dirty. For that I didn’t consume anything from the pool bar after my second day there. I just brought a bottle of water each day and drink mostly water.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the room ( partial ocean view.) Entertainment was good, just wished there was more. The parking, the parking, the parking, was crazy, especially once we arrived that was one of our issue, not to mention you go off the property to a local event in the night you get back there’s none. The staff was very polite customer service was excellent. We/I will plan to come again in the future.

Staff was very friendly and it was a beautiful resort with plentiful space for guests.The WiFi was unstable and the AC in our room worked on and off which made it difficult for our infant to sleep in the heat.

The hotel has roaches. There were roaches crawling on the bread in Round House. Also, the hibachi restaurant was full of roaches in the bathroom and dinning area. Many of the staff were rude and unpleasant. Although there were two who tried to change the narrative and provide the best service possible that was Amoy and Gregory the bell man. They have carts for transportation but they only cater to the white guest and those who have tips.

The stay was ok. Food wasn’t bad but they need to manage the flies and the blackbirds in the open dining area. My room did not have any soap and despite two calls to the front desk no soap came. Good thing that I travel with my own toiletries or I wouldn’t be able to wash myself.
