The property is beautiful and well upkeep. I love that all the rooms have a balcony and was very clean and the minibar was constantly restock🥂 Food is excellent and the staff was also very professional, also great entertainment in the nighttime great entertainment by the pool and also great entertainment all over the property.❤️❤️ I would definitely recommend others on myself. Would come back here.

This property rating is 7.5 when it should be 4.5. I am honestly disgusted by how the company keeps this property and lack of training to its fellow team members. You can see the staff overall in the departments are unhappy which causes lack of service.

Did not like -- Restaurants not available to all guests or conciere not accommodating for new check in clients Noise in section 18 from the disco at night after 10 pm wheelchair accessibility for older guest was difficult even after explaining if the rooms can be changed as we booked through travelocity Overall the trip was good as this was my 2nd time in 4years at this resort. My overall opinion
On arrival the room we were given was the worst location of a room i have ever been given it was back and beyond of the hotel, the view was dark as the balcony looked out onto the roots of trees. They did however change the room giving us a little more sunlight. All the rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment the tv was small and not positioned on the wall which i think should be standard these days. They also seemed to have done a lot of patch up work in the rooms, using white filler everywhere and not done neatly 😳🙈. The staff were very friendly and would not walk past you without acknowledgement. This is very large hotel that could do with a larger team to ensure all bases are covered. The Entertainment was very poor they need a more vibrant team who engage more with guest, it could be a lack of resources from management. The food was a cooked a presented well however as the days went on the choices seemed to decrease and the energy from the service team got little flat. Would i go back to this hotel, i would certainly consider it especially if they made improvement to the rooms. Overall i did enjoy my short stay but I am a stickler for perfection

The rooms are terrible and they have roaches the showers are dirty because all the house keeper does is make the bed and not to mention the food is disgusting. The same disgusting food they made for lunch is the same food you get for dinner the chefs needs to go because those chefs cannot cook at all. The meat is always super hard. When you make a complain no can even help so what is the point of complaining

Overall poor experience. Staff was friendly and tried to help but the building management really needs to pay attention to complaints. Room keys are very sensitive and fail to work often. There was no water for several hours in the entire hotel. Guests were not able to shower or use bathrooms. Parking was horrible due to the parking being located on the far side of the facility, shuttles took over 30 minutes to pick up and transport to parking lot. Parking lot was unpaved forcing guests to walk through the mud. Restaurants were slow and limited food portions remaining even for buffets. Elevators need a lot of work. The tiles are absolutely a major safety hazard, by not using anti slip tiles outside when it rains guests are seen slipping as they are walking. The bathroom conditions were horrible. This property has a lot of potential based on their location and size. However they need new management and tremendous remodeling. This was not worth the money that was spent. I have had better experiences at cheaper resorts

The staff were very courteous. My bathroom , especially the shower was in need of a proper cleaning. There was visible mildew on the grout and tiles. The faucet would do well with some baking soda and vinegar. It was thoughly stained with limescale. The worst part of our stay however, was waking up to no tap water on the second day of our stay. Overall it's a beautiful property, it is just in need of some TLC.

Food options were above expectation - was pleased about that. Having to manage towels and towel cards are not optimal especially since you are at a beach resort. You have to get towels and sometimes more than one at a time. This was a negative for me.

I didn't like how the rooms smell like mold. I think someone should be monitoring the all you can eat buffet. I watched a little boy lick a roll of bread and put it back in the stack. My son came home sick. I think the food is out too long or it's not hot enough. The Jamaican food was good and authentic. I wish we had a larger selection.

I loved the water options, beach, water park for kiddies and very long broken into segments pool with pool bar! There are a lot of restaurant options but the food was similar in most and not very tasty. I would have prefered more authentic tasting Jamaican food since it's in Jamaica. Make reservations at the restaurants would be my recommendation and it must be done at least a day before.
