The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The only issue, wish there was more entertainment during the rainy season. We found ourself being confined to the room when it rained because there was not much else to do. We had a private pool, which the water looked cloudy and dirty. Also, the restaurants are not open daily, so you need to really plan your dinners so you are not eating at the same place all day. Otherwise, a great hotel!

The resort was beautiful and was a great place to relax but I had issues with tv reception when in the room. I brought it to the staff attention and they stated it was a provider issue but my family in other buildings had no issue. A change of room was not offered just an excuse it was a provider issue. Other than that the resort would get 5 stars but lack of concern with my room drops them down to 3 stars

The resort is beautiful but we are disappointed in the upkeep of it. Had to ask several times for our outdoor pool to be cleaned (even though we were told it’s to be done daily). Upon check in, it was already dirty. After telling to concierge, an employee came to the room to look it and asked with an attitude “what’s wrong with it”. We felt uncomfortable after that interaction even to ask for anything else. The whirlpool tub wasn’t clean daily, there was sand on the bottom of it for days (we barely used it). The outside balcony was dirty, floor has things all over it… clearly no one paid attention took to it. Another disappointing thing was room cleaning. We were staying in the excellence club portion and our rooms were being cleaned after 4pm (right when we are coming back to the room to get ready for dinner). Over all the resort property is nice. Some of the staff is very personable and goes out of their way to welcome you while others don’t want to be bothered at all (or to be there themselves). The food was nothing special. Typical resort style. Entertainment at night was alright, nothing exciting We liked the property but probably would not come back again because the cleanliness was not of a 4 or 5 star hotel level.
