I appreciate how the staff at Deja Resort accommodated my Husband and I. I waited a day before my company arrived and staff was basically like family. Staff looked out for me and security made me feel safe. The food and drinks were great as well. Big ups to the kitchen, bar and lounge crew. Front desk was delightful as will. Will be back for my birthday and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm, cool stay in Montego Bay!!

Great value for money especially with all inclusive option. Perfect location on the hip strip and free access to the beach over the road. The staff are friendly and polite. Only set back was WiFi signal in bedroom area was poor other than this enjoy my stay.

All of the staff are kind, heloful, courteous and seem genuinely happy to see each guest!! Rooms are very clean. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach towels. Food was very good everyday. This was my 2nd visit!!

Upon arrival we were greeting with a drink by a nice lady and gentleman. Checking in was easy and pleasant. However our room had 2 full/queen beds which was uncomfortable for my husband and I, we would of preferred 1 king bed. We were also surprised to see there was no fridge in the room. PROS: 1.) Supporting Jamaicans by booking this resort 2.) Located in the middle of Montego Bay near hot tourists spots CONS: 1.)The bartender was constantly missing. Roaches were running across the bar. 2.) No fridge in the room 3.) You are not allowed to take food back to your room 4.) Roaches are all over the bar area 5.) Bar/lounge smells like sewer- which is connected to the kitchen/dining 6.) If you are hungry after dinner or a night of drinking you are out of luck. You have to walk down the road at night that may not be safe to purchase food. 7.) Entertainment is very limited I would not stay here again since it is not a clean hotel and it is not truly an all-inclusive. It is more like, hurry and eat before time is up, or starve.
