There is no office space for business use. No available printer for guest use. Would not let me borrow a second monitor. Rooms are MUCH MUCH smaller than shown on internet. Mattress on pull out couch was absolute garbage. ALOT of mold in shower and outside of shower door. Bar area was only open on Saturdays. Very noisy, doors to suites do not drown out hallway traffic.

Fabulous stay this weekend at Chateau. The kindness and attentiveness of the Front desk staff really stood out. Felt like a valued customer, not common these days. Outdoor hot tub was fantastic. Spacious and clean accommodations. Will definitely be back with the whole family next time.

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff and service is great. There are a couple of things to note: * The sofa bed mattress was not clean, a couple of dirty spots, and the sofa wasn’t comfortable, low spot in the middle and high on the sides. * Someone was cooking and the humidity and food smell filled the unit we stayed in to the point where we had to open the door because of the smell. * No electric outlet beside the tv so kids can charge their Nintendo. * We stayed for 2 nights, we didn’t get room service or towels change for the 2nd night. In general, we felt that the hotel is getting outdated and needs to be renovated.

We stayed at this property many times. The staff is very friendly. It is quiet, in a remote area very close to the pedestrian village. The room was a bit rundown: carpet had stains in the living room as well as in the bedroom.

Staff was courteous and respectful but hospitality can be worked on. Given the amount of guests staying, an additional duvet and towels can be offered when checking in. I went back to the desk to ask for 2 duvets, walked to the storage room and walked back to my our room carrying both blankets. This could be brought to the room or help provided in the process. (To go over and above expectations.) Given that it's winter, keeping the floor or carpet clean will be a challenge. I would avoid carpet runners, and maintain the floors where needed on a tighter schedule. As for around the property, I understand smoking outside is allowed however, the cigarette buts on the "balcony" can be cleaned up. As a non smoker, I do find it challenging when the cigarette smell travels into our space.
