As soon as we went in the room the floor was filthy.my 1 year old son found a voltage detector.like seriously? Then after i checked out they tried to bill me 265,150,then 50 for no apparent reason other than theft.i will never stay there again

Our room had damages like BAD. I had to send photos to the front desk to make sure we wouldn’t get charges. Traveling with 2 toddlers this was a major safety hazard. They wouldn’t move us until the following day. The following morning someone with a master key tried entering our room while my family was sleeping (I was in the shower), dispute the no service sign on the outside handle. When I tried to address this I was ignored, major safety issue and privacy issue. Then when I gave them a poor rating they all of a sudden asked what they could do to make our stay better at the end of our stay, pointless. We didn’t get a credit, refund, discount, upgrades, no justification for any of this at all. I won’t be staying again or recommending to anyone.

Room was no very clean. A cap from a applesauce gogo squeeze was laying on the floor behind the bathroom door. Obviously it was not cleaned. We had and empty box of tissues in the holder. Handprints were all over the window in the room. Something was splashed on the wall under the light switch in the bathroom. Very disappointed in our stay. Cheryl the front desk lady was very nice and accomadating.

Rooms were small, very small! Shower floor was stained due to not being cleaned properly, in a very long time! Some of the corners in the room & our bathroom floor were really dirty, pillows were uncomfortable and chep! Walls were paper thin, we heard the people in the next room arguing all night and people in hallway all night!
