Our room had damages like BAD. I had to send photos to the front desk to make sure we wouldn’t get charges. Traveling with 2 toddlers this was a major safety hazard. They wouldn’t move us until the following day. The following morning someone with a master key tried entering our room while my family was sleeping (I was in the shower), dispute the no service sign on the outside handle. When I tried to address this I was ignored, major safety issue and privacy issue. Then when I gave them a poor rating they all of a sudden asked what they could do to make our stay better at the end of our stay, pointless. We didn’t get a credit, refund, discount, upgrades, no justification for any of this at all. I won’t be staying again or recommending to anyone.
