I didn't like the exhaust fan in bathroom running all the time when you had the light on. The nose of my vehicle scraped pavement when exiting parking lot. I found I could exit through the rear. Elevator stop working one night and had to use stairs. Over all a good stay though.

Elevator broken down, TV in room was having remote issues, shower head was broken, hand railing in shower was loose at the wall, towel holder at glass door was loose. Quality of workmanship was questionable. The woman working the night shift was very helpful and was doing the best she could, but she seemed not to have the support to do her job. Will probably have to really question myself if I want to stay here again because the stands appear to be lowering at the this location.

We have stayed here once before and enjoyed it so we came back. The property has been remodeled with upscale furnishings but is still a little rough around the edges. It is always clean and neat. The staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly. As an added bonus, it has a nice walking path adjacent to the property.

The stay was ok. For the price, there definitely could have been improvements. The bathroom area had significant structural damage to walls and ceiling. There wasn’t coffee or coffee amenities in the room, minus the coffee pot. The second day, we were in need of towels due to there only being 2 in the bathroom. I requested room service give us more. She instructed me to leave my soiled linens by my door. Upon return that night, I noticed my linens had not been replaced. So, I had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself. The air unit in the room was confusing. It was an outdated unit and there were 2 thermostats. The inside of the unit looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was blowing “dust bunnies” and debris from blower. The staff was exceptional at check in desk and very friendly. They met all of my needs. The building itself was fairly clean and presentable. Overall our stay was “good”, but you expect more from Wyndham and their pricing. Thanks.

Staff and room were great , elevator out of service and had been for a week as I understand. If I would have been on anything except the 2 nd floor I would have canceled and gotten my money back . An elevator bank out for a week is totally inexcusable.

Broken elevator. But front desk staff person did move us to 2nd floor since my mom had mobility issues. Would have had to talk to an Expedia person to cancel or change my reservation and couldn’t get one on the phone.
