Stink and mold
Upon arrival, our room that we were given at the most awful smell. We were changed into a new room, which was better, but still not great. The new room had mold all around the tub, which was clearly just covered up with caulk. And the caulk was coming up. I wish I would’ve taken pictures, but I did not. It was room 104. The horrendous smelling room was 106. Every time I stay at this hotel, my keys are always deactivated in the morning, regardless of how many nights I stay.

This property was selected for its positive reviews, however the reality is the facility is a little run down. Decorating is dated, with wear and tear as well as lack of some basic maintenance (I.e. rust around door frames, mold on caulking and furniture in need of repair). The outside of the facility, the staff and the breakfast were highlights, unfortunately the primary interfaces were its low points.

Bed area of room was adequate, VERY basic to say the least, but at least clean. Appears to be very old property in need of repairs. Bathroom was worst I've seen anywhere. Old tile, horrible discolored grout everywhere, not very clean, Kleenex box hanging off the wall unsecured. No bathmats and only 2 towels per room. I cud go on...but you get the picture. 👎

When we checked in around midnight, they told us they didn’t have a room ready for us even though I made sure to call ahead to let them know we’d be arriving late. So we had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk staff to clean the room. They made an attempt but the sheets were not on properly and the beds didn’t have blankets or comforters. I’m not sure which is normally used because it wasn’t there. We only did a quick grab and go for the offered breakfast and the little we ate was fine. Overall, I would not stay at this location again.

Very very clean
Very nice hotel and immaculately clean. My only concerning observation was the carpet being a bit worn and mold on the ceiling in the shower. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Staff was very friendly. The room was a little old/dated and had a smell almost like a guinea pigs cage. The washer was broken. They closed the breakfast option almost 10 mins early.
