Naked elevator man

Usually love this hotel as I’ve stayed many times without issue. This time there was a naked man going up and down in the elevator (which was a bit traumatizing) but what was worse was when I contacted the front desk and they were very rude about it and acted as if it were an everyday occurrence at their hotel. Poor customer service
