Had a poor experience at hotel. Staff, the unfriendliness people we met in Ireland. Noticed they were much more friendly to other guests. Called the hotel to see if we could order food to pick up from restaurant as we were checking in late right when restaurant was closing. They never bothered to return our call. They were still serving food when we checked in but would not serve us. They served a tour bus that arrived later (with pre prepared food). When asked where we could get carry out near by they were completely unhelpful. Small town you’d think they could make recommendations. Not for us. When I asked if the Indian place was any good they made it clear they did not like that kind of food. Did not provide directions. Manager on duty was mean, put off and unhelpful. The sink in room would not drain and was accordingly dirty. Room small. Breakfast included was very average. Not worth the price, bad value. Would never recommend this place.

Great hotel, location ideal for travelling from any direction. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee. We ate in the hotel both nights and food was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and enough variety to cater for most tastes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great size.

Wouldn’t stay there again, bedroom was a bit tacky, stains on carpet, very basic, elevator was not working, and was not offered help with bags up the stairs.. my daughter had a family room booked, and got a double, luckily I had a twin and my granddaughter shared with me.. Restaurant’ and bar food was excellent and this part of the Hotel was fine, however I’d be reluctant to recommend it after my experience with bedrooms. There was a wedding on there , so I figured guests for it got best rooms.

A pleasant stay at the Four Seasons Hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Four Seasons Hotel on Thursday 30th June. The staff were very friendly & efficient. We had a seamless check-in. Our room was comfortable and the food was very nice. Would recommend the hotel to friends.

Ideal Choice For My Short Stay.
Booked this hotel for its location for my business meeting in Monaghan. Greeted by friendly reception staff and I was informed of the basics required to help me settle in. My room was spacious and of a good quality. The evening dinner menu presented a good choice and the breakfast was also well presented. This hotel delivered all that I needed for my short stay.

Good hotel with great leisure facilities.
My only issue was we were given a twin room when we booked a double room. We did have a double bed, but the second single bed took up a lot of space. I’d rather have had a normal double room. Otherwise the hotel was great. We really enjoyed the Leisure Club and the food was pretty good but though I wish there was a bit more variety though I do understand there is a staffing crisis in hospitality currently so maybe this is the reason.
